These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DreamMotion, including our website, creative tools, AI image and video generation services, and related features. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any DreamMotion feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Using DreamMotion. You may use DreamMotion only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the prompts, reference materials, uploads, generated outputs, and account activity associated with your use. You may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, harassing, or harmful content; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; circumvent technical restrictions; or attempt to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.

2. Accounts and eligibility. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. DreamMotion may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or are reasonably necessary to protect the service.

3. Your content and outputs. You retain the rights you hold in the materials you submit to DreamMotion. You grant DreamMotion a limited license to host, process, display, and transform that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes. Because generative systems can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that any output will be unique, available for registration, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or distribution.

4. Acceptable creative use. DreamMotion is built for thoughtful creative production. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. Do not use outputs to mislead people about real events, produce harmful or sexually exploitative content, target protected groups, create malicious software, conduct fraud, or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, export, or platform laws. We may use automated and human review to enforce these standards.

5. Payments and subscriptions. Paid plans renew on the schedule shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next billing date. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable prior notice. Taxes, payment processing, and currency conversion may be handled by our payment partners and are your responsibility where applicable.

6. Service availability. DreamMotion is an evolving online service. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, introduce safety controls, or make changes necessary to protect users, comply with law, or improve the product.

7. Intellectual property. DreamMotion, its brand, platform, software, visual identity, and service materials are owned by DreamMotion or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or create competing services from DreamMotion except where applicable law permits such activity.

8. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamMotion disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. DreamMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DreamMotion in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes and contact. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
